Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item must be provided.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • Handmade products with minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish

Refunds
